Reed Henry, Co-founder & CEO

Reed has a history of defining new products and taking them to market, with a background spanning product management, marketing, sales, professional services, business development, and customer support. He held CMO roles at Genesys, ArcSight, and SeeBeyond, co-founded Vertical Networks (backed by Kleiner Perkins and Accel Partners), and ran strategy and new business for eBay.

Jerry Waldorf, CTO

Jerry has a history of architecting innovative products. He was Principal Architect at Okta, helping customers implement the most complex identity management scenarios, including user provisioning integration. Before that he was Chief Architect and VP of Engineering at SeeBeyond, whose team built a Gartner Magic Quadrant-leading enterprise integration platform, Chief Architect for Sun Microsystems' middleware group, and an architect for Oracle Fusion Middleware.
